This is what @jonok picked for his mid-bike-ride fuel. Francis's house-made hollandaise is really yummy, so that's what really got his attention. They used Yo Egg I think for the poached egg. It was really delicious with the vegan ham on a English muffin. The side of potatoes felt a little over-seasoned. They were too salty for us to have more than a couple. The Benedict itself was wonderful though!
