F-F-Fest Burger at Francis — Iszy's Review (Oct 5, 2025)

Francis Fest! This was the day before VegFest, so we had an amazing weekend of biking to vegan gatherings. This special event burger was made with apple chips, arugula, bourbon BBQ, cheddar, and pickled red onions. I loved it! The sweetness of the apple wasn't weird at all because BBQ sauce already has a bit of sweetness. It was a really fun early fall creation. Super yummy after a bike ride and with a hard kombucha at Indeed Brewing. I also got to see one of my favorite local bands, 26 BATS!
