Bittergourd chunks (surprisingly firm and succulent, not too hard) alongside carrot slices and beancurd skin soy knots (in lieu of chicken or pork ribs), all braised in deeply umami black bean sauce. 🥘🥕🫘 Super delicious and exceeded my expectations!
