An excellent appetizer currently available at Con Gusto. It’s fried artichokes served with a vegan lime mayonnaise. I love the fact that they created this dish already vegan, so there’s no need to add special requests when ordering it. The artichokes are fried to perfection and they’re really delicious. The lime mayonnaise compliments the dish very well. Price is 13 CHF.
