Charcoaled Sweet Potato at Delamina EAST — sianski's Review (Oct 2, 2025)

This is a sturdy dish of perfectly cooked #sweetpotato with a plentiful drizzle of #sesame and #salmoriglio which I’ve never heard of but is a tasty blend of herbs, olive oil and lemon juice.
A good sharing plate.
Delamina has plenty of vegan dishes, each carefully considered with interesting dressings and garnishes.
