Brownie De Algarroba De Fuerteventura at El Invernadero Restaurante — Daniel's Review (Oct 1, 2025)

As the #vegandessert course always comes in twos, along with cactus fruit ice cream was this amazingly rich #carob #brownie. It was moist and dense, just like brownies should be, with #chocolatechips and #walnuts to provide a crunchy contrast. They were topped with #veganwhippedcream and edible #mintleaves, perfect compliments for rocking #veganbrownies!!

The carob is from our island, and in these brownies would have fooled anyone with its decadent, chocolatey taste. #chocoholic

Reservations required at this all-vegan spot that serves a 5-course, weekly changing menu for 32,90€ which includes a beverage.
