I was having a hard time thinking of what to make for dinner, but then I saw this pasta shape on the pantry and thought cheezy shells sounded delicious. I roughly went off the super easy one-pot "Rock-Your-Broc Mac & Cheeze" recipe from the Plant You cookbook. I didn't have broccoli or carrots, so it was lacking a bit, but I did throw in peas, because peas always make mac better. This pasta shape is perfect for cheesy sauce because it can hold so much in its shape. We found that peas also fit perfectly in the tube.
