I’ve been enjoying this with toasted bagels, and although it doesn’t taste exactly like real cream cheese, this is an alternative that is just as tasty. It’s not as white like cream cheese, more off white, like cashews (primary ingredient), and is a little softer, making it easier to spread right out of the fridge then real cream cheese is. When I first tried it, I wasn’t really sure if I really liked it because of its fermented taste, unlike real cream cheese, but not only was it quick for me to get used to, but quickly liked it too, so I guess this was a bit of an acquired taste for me. 

This was on sale for a really good deal at Down to Earth; otherwise this would be too pricey for me to ever try, but it’s justified. Not only is there lot of wholesome ingredients without junk (other then coconut oil and coconut milk, causing #highinsaturatedfat), the process is quite involved because it also has rejuvelac and miso.
