I tried the Crunchy Spinach & Lentil Burgers from Vemondo (made by Kioene) and I’m impressed! They’ve got a mild, balanced flavor, crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Super light, easy to digest, and really versatile. They work great in a bun or as a main with some sides. Finally, a veggie burger that doesn’t taste like cardboard!
