Penso sia il dolce più buono che ho mangiato da Romeow. Due cialde croccanti con ricotta di mandorle, capperi sotto zucchero e semi di carvi, accompagnate da un passito di Pantelleria. Sembra di mangiare un cannolo scomposto. Divino!
