This was delicious, and is one of the seasonal items that has made a come back! This is basically the standard beancurd skin rice dish but it comes with the Nyonya curry. The dish comes with a good portion of the beancurd skin, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. A really hearty and scrumptious meal!
