I’ve been meaning to order this for years but the pizza 🍕 here is so hard to resist that I end up ordering pizza whenever I’m back in Leadville visiting High Mountain Pies.

Their veggie sub is packed full of a smorgasbord of freshly roasted, grilled and marinated veggies! It’s got everything you could want from spinach to roasted peppers and mushrooms. And it’s vegan by default, nothing to get in the way of you and this delicious sub!

Served just the way a sub should be, on French bread 🥖 that’s toasted to perfection!

Thank you High Mountain Pies! The pilgrimage to Leadville wouldn’t be half as fun if you didn’t exist! Thank you thank you thank you for having so many awesome vegan options!!
