5 sticks of smoky textured soy protein 'satay', served alongside Nyonya peanut sauce and cucumber chunks. 🍢🥜🥒 Personally would have preferred lion's mane mushrooms as a whole-food alternative (usually don't particularly like mock meat aftertaste), nonetheless we found this quite enjoyable! P.S. They do have a Satay 'Koah Pau' dish made using monkeyhead mushrooms! ($8, allium-free) #sgvegan #alliumfree
