The signature #truffle #friedrice sans peanut oil. He triple checked it and supposedly do-able (i guess) with not much of a crowd at lunch hr

Very chewy with a faint whiff of the subterranean #fungus. Had relatively good experiences at Guangzhou and Linyin Temple Bib Gourmand branches but I'm not getting the same perfect vibes here with cuisine that leans towards heavy in terms of seasoning 🤷
