🤍Tau Huey. I was always hoping for more soy bean based gelato/ ice cream in Singapore. Was always only able to get this at Mr Bean. Never understood why it was not used more... since the soy allergy % is pretty low here.
😊The flavour is pretty close to what I was hoping for. Sugar isn't too jaring, and does taste like Tau Huey in a gelato.
🌟I can imagine having mix-ins like... But nut butters or seed butters or even ginger powder would be an interesting next step.
