This was my last dessert at La Vimea 🥲
I was sad to be leaving but happy to have left on a sweet note 😉

This was a pistachio and sweet potato mousse topped with a cocoa tuile and served with some yuzu gel. It was delicious and very original.

Overall I was very happy with the cusine at La Vimea, especially at dinner. However, as stated in a previous review, I believe that the hotel is a little too expensive for what it offers. So, although I am sure I will be coming back for the restaurant, I’m not so sure I will be staying there as a guest again. This 5-course vegan dinner can be enjoyed by external guests as well for 79€ per person.
