Lasaña De Verduras at Ciao Mare — Daniel's Review (Sep 16, 2025)

This #veganlasagna had no pasta but instead layers of wonderfully roasted vegetables! #sweetpotato, #squash, #porcini and more were delicate and touched on all the tastebud areas. The topping sauces included a squash creme and kale pesto, a sweet and savory combo that was divine! It was served with chunks of herbed #focaccia so that we could sop up all that goodness. Beautiful and delicious thanks to Chef Manuel's creativity! He bases his special dishes on what is seasonal and available from his veg suppliers, resulting in wonderful surprises every time we go. Just remember to make reservations a few days ahead of time to get his creative juices flowing.
