This salad may not look like much but it was fantastic! My friend said it’s just a salad but it’s so much more than that. The hidden gem being fried capers. Fried lil bursts of deliciousness. The salad was light and fresh, had a Parmesan dressing made with pine nuts. Perfect start to a great dinner.
