Korean Rice Bowl at Beck Hall Hotel — Plumes's Review (Sep 14, 2025)

I loved this dish!

The slaw was crunchy, the gochujang sauce gave it a great kick.

The edamame beans đź«› added to the protein as well.

I chose plant chicken with this rather than the tofu as I wasn't impressed with that in a previous dish.

It was filling and healthy after a long day walking in the Dales.
