It's really nice to have kimchi on hand! I got this at my local Asian grocery store. This kimchi is fairly mild. The spice takes a backseat to the electrifying punch from the fermentation. I had this along with rice, air fryer tofu, and Korean battered summer squash. I'm really happy to know where to get my vegan kimchi now!
