Masala Fire Tacos at Namaste Cafe — Iszy's Review (Sep 11, 2025)

I fed two birds with one scone by going on a 30 mile bike ride and stopping into Namaste to knock out another Vegan Chef Challenge dish back in August.

These street tacos come with a side cucumber-watermelon salad that was refreshing. The tacos themselves were very yummy! They weren't as spicy as I was expecting. Namaste's entry last year was super spicy cauliflower wings, so I was expecting more kick from these! I thought the spice level was nice though. They're made with masala-spiced tofu, purple cabbage, pickled onions, avocado, cashews mayo, cilantro sauce, and green chilies. I really enjoyed the sauces!
