Taupok fried beancurd puffs, tofu, soy knots, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus in braised gravy. Served with rice. 🍄‍🟫🍚 Personally expected the sauce to be slightly thicker and richer, nonetheless it was still a relatively tasty and very protein-packed dish!
