Sourdough toast served with creamy cheese, walnuts, eggplant, walnuts and figs. The dressing is tahini sauce and pomegranate molasses. Comes with a salad. These ingredients all work so well together. This is a fully vegan restaurant and there is a choice of four main dishes and three desserts. Highly recommended.
