🌱Kaya Pandan! A flavour that's not exactly up my alley, but so apt for National Day. Fun fact is the kaya came from their self made kaya, which uses pumpkin as a base.
🍬I'd say this is reflective of the traditional kaya, meaning pretty sweet. So definitely more for the people with sweet tooth, or craving tradition.
🥥Topping with toasted coconut flakes adds aesthetics and textural contrast.
🧇Waffle as a background filler... And to fill my dessert quota. Haha
