Mojo Rojo at Bodegon Tamanca — Daniel's Review (Aug 28, 2025)

When visiting the Canary Islands, you have to try their #mojo sauces. Both #mojoverde and #mojorojo are wonderful, each on their own way and each place has their own version of these sauces. Well here the mojo rojo was amazing!! It is based on ñora peppers, oil and garlic and in this case was quite thick and had a smoky flavor, a perfect accompaniment to the rustic style bread they serve. The mojo is priced at 2,20€ and the bread at 0,90€ per piece.
