Vegan 'takoyaki' balls stuffed with savoury mushroom and cabbage fillings, coated with vegan mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, and seaweed flakes! 🍢🍄‍🟫🥬 Loved the slightly crispy exterior and soft gooey interior; personally preferred this texture compared to the ones I had at So Sweet Dessert Vegetarian which had a thick, firm, and dense flour batter.
