You'll like these if you like #mochi but still want to retain your conviction that #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊 A layer of #deepfried batter gives this a momentary crisp that then cedes ground to the stickiness of the white stuff within. Then at the end the #brownsugar comes oozing out, completing the trifecta of crispy, starchy, and sweet flavours 🙂
