Now, here’s what you do with a side of plain rice at any ramen joint:
If your ramen broth is good, a god-tier move is to order a serve of plain rice and nori half-way though eating your bowl of ramen so when they arrive you’re ready to dump the whole rice bowl into the leftover broth to soak it all up, using the free seasonings area to create a masterpiece of flavours, before gathering that good stuff up in a sheet of nori and smuggling it into your mouth. Yum!
