My friend and I was looking for a treat for #nationalicecreampieday and this was the closest we could find. The soft and yummy cookie could have served as a crumbly pie crust. 
This really does have a flavor of strawberry cheesecake. It also has actual #strawberries
and even contains a bit of iron, which I always appreciate.
