While vacationing on #lapalma island, we discovered a #hiperdino supermarket in El Paso that has a good selection of vegan items, including these #organic #breaded #seitan #fillets by Gerble bio. They are so tasty! The fillets are firm, though you have to handle then with care to keep the breading intact. But once in the skillet, the breading browns well and in five minutes, presto, they're ready to eat! I served them over a bed of lettuce and sauteéd onions, red peppers, cherry tomatoes and garlic along with a dollop of guacamole. They are an excellent protein - 14g per 100g - and are priced at 3,29€ for the 180g package that serves two. I'll buy these again for sure, what an original product!
