Veg-An Dashi Oden at Veg-An — Shanna's Review (Aug 10, 2025)

🇯🇵I've never had Oden before... Because I feared the fishy smell that... I fell stinks. (Not seafood lover) So I was a bit nervous investing in this dish
🍢But I'm glad I took the step. First thing, super umami broth, just enough to flavour everything. Love the radish that soaked up flavour. Love the konnyaku piece. Love the firm tofu that soaked up the broth as well. Love the other tofu that was minches and mixed in with more veg and I believe seasonings/ spice.
😁Had some confusion with the lobster ball... Too much like... Seafood for me. Hahahaha.
