Vanilla Cake with Fresh Fruit (Vegan) at Some Crust Bakery — beckyyy's Review (Aug 7, 2025)

Some Crust is not a vegan bakery but they do vegan cakes, cupcakes and cookies by special order. My friend surprised me with a birthday cake. It was quite tasty; a nice combination of a traditional sugary sweet birthday cake and a fluffy Chinese style cake with whip and fresh fruit, as the inside layer was filled with a vegan whip, blueberries and strawberries. The decorations were pretty and the frosting tasted just like a traditional buttercream. A nice vegan option, especially for folks who are seeking a traditional birthday cake. 🎂
