You saw that right, vegan croissants are now available at Greendot Patisserie! đŸ„ Personally found the matcha icing a tad too sweet and neon for my liking oops, but it was undoubtedly a trendy flavour combination with the pistachio bits. đŸ” Can't comment on the texture as I accidentally squished this completely flat and ate a crushant instead of a croissant 🙈 Would probably try again in the future if I'm in the area!
