A beautiful - just look at! - and absolutely scrumptious modern version of a Thai dessert using some classic Thai ingredients. Coconut sauce and plum sugar sauce accompany chewy sago pearls, taro chunks, squishy pandan balls, taro balls and fresh young coconut strips. Share this with someone worthy. I would happily have this again.
