Magic Miso Soup at Le Botaniste — Vikas Garg's Review (Aug 2, 2025)

This dish is packed with so much good stuff - quinoa noodles, miso broth, green peas, tofu, root veggies, and peas shoots. I really wanted to love it but maybe it was just the wrong dish to order on a hot day and the restaurant was a bit hot inside.

I do love this place, they have a great sense of humor, even call their tofu “free-range” lol 😂
