Sweet and crunchy cookie and icing. This is the latest vegan addition from ABC Baker’s.  Probably one of the most intriguing, given the shape of a toast with the clover-like imprint, but so far my least favorite. Not bad, but nothing exciting nor addicting (which in itself is a good thing). 1 serving is 2 cookies, which is more than sufficient for me. Not only is it a lot bigger than what I had expected (based on the photo on the package, I thought that these would be little bite-sized), but after having just one, I don’t feel inclined to have anymore. This is one where I need to keep in front of my fridge so that I don’t forget about them.
