Buffalo Fries at Francis — Iszy's Review (Jul 24, 2025)

This isn't something I'd normally pick for myself, so I'm glad it was ordered when I visited Francis with my family. These fries are tossed in buffalo sauce, have little slices of celery, and topped with a drizzle of ranch. These are a super yummy appetizer. The buffalo sauce is great but not overwhelmingly spicy. I'm not the biggest celery fan, but it works here! The little bites make it a nice cooling combination with the sauce.
