Not sure what #bocconcini means in Italian, but I hope #nuggets, as for me those were #vegannuggets. They have quite a good consistency and have a really nice mouth feel and taste great. They could have been a bit more crispy, but I guess I should have left them in the air fryer a bit longer, as they were quite oily. Left them already in a few more minutes tho. Maybe it's just the dough that is not crispy enough 🤔
It came with a #sweetandsour sauce and a #curysauce, both of them were quite tasty.
