Tofu “Belly” Rice Bowl at Gongfu Bao — tiascaz's Review (Jul 12, 2025)

This rice bowl is just like the bao, but on rice instead of in a bun! The tofu is juicy and soft in the middle, crispy on the edges coated in this sweet sticky sauce. The relish is super tart and salty and delicious. I added some Lao gan Ma and it was a bomb dinner!
