I had read a few positive reviews of this #firmtofu so wanted to try.
I braved the heat and cooked rice 🥵 with bell peppers 🫑 and tossed in diced tofu and my 5-seed mix. after the foto, i added a little turmeric.
it was very good. #taifun is my favorite #tofu. I am not a big fan of tofu but I love their products. I prefer some of their other products more but this was good. It kind of has a sweet and bitter flavor.
their other flavors I will eat straight from the package before I have a chance to add them to a meal. 😊
