Same here, I am not familiar with using essences in my skincare and this was a present, but I like the texture a lot and I generally simply apply it after my toner and before the moisturiser (I generally skip serum when I use this essence because my skin feels like it doesn't need anything else). Still not sure which benefits it has, but it's pleasant to use.
