Had to verify despite it being a veggie place to ensure vegan authenticity ☺️

Telur = egg
Cane #eggs specifically cooked in my favourite style i.e #asam (sweet & sour)

Texture very much like an explosion of tiny baby eggs in the mouth or very wellcooked cauliflower in the cleanest plant-based sense. Very interesting !
