This was a fun treat to find at my mom's for pizza night! I love the big globs of cheese on traditional pizzas. It's so nice to now have this option as a vegan! We supplemented these big boobs of mozzarella with parmesan shreds. This didn't totally melt into a pool of gooey cheese, but it did become very soft. I think it's a pretty good substitute. It didn't look the prettiest on my pizza, but maybe if we cut it thinner or into smaller pieces. This would be great on a salad or caprese sandwich.
