Our second course for the evening was this hearty #salad of #km0 ingredients, from the veggie garden on site! The base of oh-so-tender baby greens and #rocket just melts in your mouth after the initial crunch. The yellow #cherrytomatoes were ultra juicy but the star of the salad was the #endive stuffed with #walnuts, #minimushrooms and a #housemade #bluecheese - amazing!!
The 5-course menu at this 100% vegan spot changes weekly and is priced at 32,90€ which includes a beverage. Reservations required!
