Vegan Capuns at Berghaus Radons — citronimus's Review (Jun 8, 2025)

This was truly amazing ✨ Berghuus Radons is a mountain restaurant (ca. 2000 meters above sea level). I was a bit worried as I saw only one vegetarian dish on the menu (and no surprisingly nothing vegan). Capuns were on the menu, but the traditional are not vegetarian. The waiter said they can do a vegetarian or even a vegan version, the latter with cashew cheese. I went for it and was not disappointed!
