I am so freaking happy that this fully vegan #pizza place still exists! I haven't visited in Seattle in many years and so many of my old favorite vegan spots have closed. But Pizza Pi lives on!!! 🥳
The pizza here is INCREDIBLE! You can order whole pies of course but they also have slices which is really convenient. They had 3 ready when I visited. This one features a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, spinach, potato, black olives and huge dollops of their housemade #ricotta . The result is a garlicky creamy rich pizza with a perfect balance of ingredients and texture. The ricotta is absolutely delicious 😋 loved this one ! Would absolutely get this pizza again.
