This hoagie is only around for the spring. I really enjoyed it! Sometimes Lucé's hoagies all end up tasting so similar but that might be because I worked there for four years and ate so many hoagies. This one is really great for spring and so fresh. This hoagie has a breaded vegan mock chicken patty , vegan mozzarella, avocado green goddess dressing, sun-dried tomato spread, pickled red peppers, and lettuce. The avocado dressing and pickled red peppers were the stars! I'll probably try to get this again before the seasonal menu changes.
