Nozzarella Sticks at Earth Aloha Eats — bandita's Review (May 24, 2025)

Super crispy with yummy gooey mozzarella. I thought that the sauce was simply ketchup, as that is what it tasted like to me, which I felt degraded the taste of these sticks, so I just ate one and saved the leftovers for lunch the next day. Now that I’m reading the ingredients, I realize that this was actually marinara sauce, but that’s not what it tasted like to me.

The next day, I had the leftovers with my homemade vegan buttermilk ranch dressing, which was much more complimentary. I simply reheated them in my toaster oven, which made it super crispy again, and made a meal out of them by wrapping each piece in big Romain lettuce leaves with tomatoes and avocados.  I used the ketchup/marinara sauce for another meal with onion rings.
