Mushroom Vegan Cheese Focaccia at Ole & Steen — sianski's Review (May 21, 2025)

I think it’s their only vegan savoury option, but it’s a good un!
Crisp, oily focaccia providing a tasty sandwich for richly cooked mushroom and cheese.
It’s a quite a substantial piece. I’ve photographed half with a bite out if it 😬 got so excited about tucking in. We shared it and it was plenty.
