I've used this cheese so much, but I can't remember if I've reviewed it before. Violife cheese melt so well. They were one of the early good melters! This week, we used them with Juicy Marbles steak, peppers, and onion to make a huge philly cheese steak sandwich! It melted perfectly and made everything stick together nicely in this messy, iconic sandwich. I shaved a bit of Rebel Cheese pepperjack for a bit of spice.
